3. Commission and Fees

• Sales: Our commission is 4% of the final sale price, payable upon the successful closing of the sale.

• Leases: Our commission is 8% of the total rent for the lease term or a specific fee agreed upon in writing.

Additional services such as premium marketing, property staging, and legal assistance may incur extra charges, which will be agreed upon in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Agency Responsibilities

6. Exclusivity

The terms of exclusivity, if applicable, will be specified in the client agreement. Exclusive agreements grant John & Woodstock the sole rights to represent the client’s property for the agreed term.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days written notice. Immediate termination is possible in the event of a breach of these terms or by mutual agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services provided will be due immediately.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information, except where required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in the United Kingdom. The decision rendered shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Legal actions related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the law.

11. Amendments

John & Woodstock reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
